Collision has been around for over 7 years, holding top spots in various MMORPGs we have played throughout our time together. Collision also consists of many top tier World of Warcraft players, uniting from several top 10 to top 50 guilds around the United States.

For FFXIV, we have decided to create our Free Company by forming a group of players who we trust and who we have played with in past MMOs. We wish to expand our horizons by selectively recruiting members who share the same passion as we do. Our selection process isn't based on just level or gear alone. Instead it is based on a variety of different factors such as personality, player skill, past MMO experience, consistency and dedication towards the game as well as the Free Company.

Current Priority Status:- Warrior: Medium
- Paladin: High
- White Mage: Medium

Mandatory Requirements: We require at least one job class to level 50, as well as all the necessary sub-class skills that are required for that class. If you are planning on raiding, all gear must be at least ilvl 86 or above.
Optional (But Recommended) Requirements: Several gathering or crafting classes to 50. This will help tremendously with the amount of raid materials we will produce for our raid groups.
All exceptional applicants are encouraged to apply. We are willing to pay for the server transfer under certain circumstances.
All raid groups will have access to the following resources for progression purposes: - HQ Consumables (Potions/Ethers/Food) for each specific raid team.
- Repair funds (If necessary)
- Future HQ gear crafts with Materia melding.
