Housing Prices?

I was waiting for the drop in prices that SE mentioned but they still look expensive as can be..did they actually drop or?

The housing prices were dropped in several patches in February. Medium and Large prices were dropped to the level of non-legacy servers on all servers and Small houses were adjusted separately to even lower price.

The price update notices are all on the Lodestone under Notices.
