The new Ilvl

So they are introducing new gear with the following ilvls 90-95-100-110-115. This time however, there will be changes.

The new tomes are going to be at a lower level than T6-T9 but it seems there is more to it than that. Leviathan drop will be ilvl 100 but it seems he also drops something special that you turn into something else which Yoshida did not want to spoil.

So for now here is what we know, the new equipments are:

90- Creatable.
95- No idea, but maybe Ex Moogle.
100- Leviathan weapons & the new tomes gear.
110- Allagan Drops.
115- T9 Weapon drops.

From what I understand there is more to it than just numbers this time, lets hope for special stats ^^.

Where was it confirmed T9 will drop new allagan weapons? Someone else mentioned this too but I don't remember reading anything about new allagan weapons, just gear.

It only said that weapons will go up to 115, so its either zodiac weapon upgraded after clearing t9 or t9 drop.

He said highest ilvl in 2.2 in the game are ilvl115 weapons and ilvl110 armour. Afterword he talked about how tomes gear will be at lower ilvl....so yeah just logically mapping out what he said ^^.

Or do you expect anything else but T9 to drop the highest ilvl in the game?

From the Live Letter questions:

Q10: Please tell us the item level of the new equipment that is to be added.

A10: In patch 2.2, weapons will be a maximum of item level 115 and armor item level 110.

Nice, glad to see those ilvls on the raid gear. Hopefully raiders can just use tomes to gear other jobs rather than having to buy too many BiS peices off of a vendor.

So there isn't any actual mentions or screenshots of new allagan weapons anywhere, only speculation?

The item level 115 weapons could be the zodiac relics.

He was talking about how players were not motivated enough to do Coil that is why it will be the highest level...it would not make sense at all for T9 to drop anything less than ilvl 115.

Zodiac can be ilvl 110 or 115, but for sure T9 is ilvl115.

I just find it weird that people believe there will be new allagan weapons without there being any mention or screenshots of them. I'm not saying there couldn't be new allagan weapons, but it's curious they wouldn't have been mentioned by now.

There was screen shot of them, it was shown many times actually. The Allagan tank gear is all over 2.2 video and so is the axe. In the live letter he also showed PLD shield and weapon.
