Changes to Party in Progress queues

Nothing is more frustrating than waiting in queue for 20 minutes and getting a Party in Progress popup. Often, you join to a disbanded party with one jerk that stayed and opted to try and replenish the other seven, OR the party vote abandons shortly after entry. That said, I do like to join them, as they're faster (normally) and--to be honest--I know how it feels to lose a single member after so much progress.

However, there's no way to know, when I check that box, what the situation is.

I'd like to see the DF updated so that the DF only shares popups once it's replaced ALL of the missing roles in a party--that is, if a party lost a tank, a healer, and a DPS, but only a DPS is available in the DF, it will not do anything all three jobs have queued. Then, it will send simultaneous popups to those three, ensuring that the unlucky DPS is not forced to re-queue from the beginning.
