Can't wait for deets on the Zodiak weapon quest. Hope they're not hyping it all up and then letting us down with an hour long Primal fight bonanza.

Good, Yoshi started to wisen up on not handing stuff out COMPLETELY. As for what happens, it becomes dungeon drops - It has to keep dungeons relevant somehow. Or maybe he'll do it back how we did it in 1.23:

You farmed up the items from monsters or mining/botany...they USED to exist from outside of vendors. I70 also includes the old Giantsgall/tail or whatever weapons that used to drop from Skirmish.

You know, the way they describe Zodiak weapons is... It sounds like something terrible.
It sounds like "Dumb and meaningless grind that exclusively takes time but no hardship" and hte only reason most won't have it be 2.25 is simply because most can't put that much time in the game.

I have faith in Yoshida, which is why i'm not very concerned, but those are my fears anyway.

I hope not. There would be very little reason to do those dungeons for most people then. =/
