I know that if I go dps I will have a wait for getting a group. however please be honest with your average wait time posted. today on my summoner it said average wait was 5 minutes. so was I waiting 30 minutes today in duty finder when the average was 5 minutes. all I ask is that the real wait time is displayed per job. id like to meet the dps that waited close to 5 minutes in DF that Qd alone. SE needs to slap some the people that wrote the programing for df that calculates wait times.
I waited for almost 90 min for Hydra today on my SMN. But justice was served after that with an insta-queue for Ifrit.
Generally I don't have to wait too long as dps, For high level roulette it's less than 15 minutes usually. That's the only thing i really do in the DF. When I heal it's almost always an insta-queue.
I main a DRG and MNK my wait times in DF is about 45mins to and an hour, CT is about 90+mins for me.
The howling eye hm I waited 60 minutes yesterday. Was around 30 - 45 minutes before that. I'm a Black mage. That 60 minute wait turned into a failed PUG to :( hit or miss on these HM fights.
Ifrit HM seems to be quicker than that.
WP usually isn't to bad, like 30 minutes or less.
Yep the average wait time is always less than what it takes me to get into um.
I hope SE looks at the data on their end to figure out solutions. In the classic FF games there were times when you had differnt party sizes and group compositions. It might be nice if dungeons could be more flexible. Maybe allow upto 8 (tank, 2dps, healer, and the next 4 people in que) in a regualr 4man, but increase mob HPs? I guess that just might encourage fewer people to play tanks?
When i queue for high level duty roulette on my monk my wait is between 5-10 minutes normally.
Yeah, it's frustrating. I was on bard the other night for CT and the average wait time was 23 minutes, yet I waited over an hour.
On average as SMN I wait anywhere from 15-50 minutes. Never really had anything too much shorter or longer. Normally doesn't bother me so much unless I'm on a time limit and am trying to hit up a Daily Roulette before needing to log off before a certain time. Otherwise, I can always work on other things such as crafting, questing, or hunting logs.
Its frustrating to see your Wait time Increase and the Avg Wait time decrease.
I was waiting 22 Min, Avg Wait time of 18 Min, then went to 29 Minutes and Avg wait time of 15. How is that possible? Unless the Queue isn't actually first come first serve?
Average wait time factors in the tank and healer times, skewing the results.
