Solution for those with slow a connection

This isn't an available option for the majority of US citizens. Not that they don't want to, it's simply not offered by the one and only ISP in their service area.

Or the one of three shitty ISPs in the area... And that's including dial-up.

or get two cat5 cables take one cat5 cut the plugs off each end and grab the other cat5 this is the one ull be useing now take the other cat 5 u just cut the ends off and wrap the end 3 times around the jacket the clips in and repeat the same for the other end and make shure u use electrical tape to secure them and make shure u also cover the jacket now you have stoped the leaking data from the modem to the computer and this will increse your speed and thus have less lag hope this helps i saw a video from some bright kid

Move to a location which does offer a better ISP.

Don't live in an island close to Africa.

Will moving really isn't a option for most people, just to get better internet.

looks like you did not know that the game only require about 150mb traffic in 6-7 hours, thats an average of about 10kb/s
Have testet it to the begining while i only had an umts stick to play.

Slow connections where fine, only the ping to the server with some isp is the problem
