I am on Goblin Server my Main Character Pit Lord can send in game mail to others, but cannot receive any. my other characters can receive and mail as far as i know. can you please fix this for me .

Pretty sure no SE 'rep' round here can fix this for you, I suggest you raise an in-game ticket.
