The game releases in less than a month. Why can we still not purchase a digital pre-order? Y u no take my money?

If it follows PS3s digital preorders it will be the last week of March or first week of April, whenever the preorder codes go out to those who preordered the physical copies of the game. PS3 digital preorders dropped the week before Early Access.
