Missing previously completed 1.0 achievement titles.

Outline:
Missing most achievement titles I finished in 1.0. Achievements are shown as completed but the title is not selectable from my In-Game Character Profile.

Issue might have been there since 2.0 start, only recently noticed it.

I have been to Jonathas in Old Gridania.

Steps:

1. Achievements are shown as completed under the appropriate "Achievement" sections.
2. Titles do not show up in my Character's Profile 'Title' selection.
3. Achievements seem to be all ones I previously acquired in 1.0.
4. Titles under Legacy Battle, Legacy Exploration, Legacy Grand Company do not seem to be missing, only two under Legacy Seasonal Events are though (despite having others under that section.)
5. Various 1.0 friends confirm they do not have this problem (Problem with my character only?)
6. Put too much effort into formatting this In-Game Bug Report.
