About the pvp... (been gone a long time)

Whats the dilly so far. I'm hearing it's not so good? Whats everyones just general thoughts about the pvp atm?

General Thought:

Like all PvP systems, it's heavily exploited, boring, bunny hoppers as usual (which is more annoying in this game), filled to the brim with bots of all kinds.

The positive:

It means absolutely nothing to your actual game play or progression.

bots? yet it means nothing to progression? why do people bot in it then?

Love it, just hate the long queues and no matchmaking, but soon things will change hopefully:p

No one in all of my lses and fc does it. It's that bad.

Pointless system in a PVE oriented game.

In my honest opinion of course.

There is no "Ranked" queue system at this time, therefor it is absolutely a terrible grind to get a higher rank cause you will be going against rank 30's with full ilvl90 pvp gear wanting to tear your hair out.
If it had a better queue system like Arenas in WoW then I would care more.

You get points for just participating win or lose, so botting means people can go to sleep an gain points lol.

I really love it, it's not an ability spam fest like other games. You'll have to be strategic on who you focus (depending on the team you'll fight.. smn.. hum..) and when you use your pvp abilities you learned. (Purify on sleep, etc..).

So I'm playing SCH and I really enjoy the gameplay BUT ! One single arena in 6month + (... 2.1 to maybe 2.3), it annoys me. As well as I wanted to see, more things like flag catch, or protect an artifact you're holding, something like that. I want to use some pvp abilities to push players in lava, poison zones or something to decrease their HP, I don'T know. The gameplay is cool, but not "fun" enough, nothing to have fun with except a wall and a pillar...

I wish there were more game types. Fights Vs. evenly matched teams are pretty interesting but I got tired of ALWAYS doing 4vs4. It would be a lot more interesting if there were 8v8's, capture the flag, king of the hill etc.
