Having isues with thenvd3dum.dll error plz help!

Hi i have been playing for around 2 months now and i randomly get a ctd error that show nvd3dum.dll error i have read many ppl have same problem but no answer as to how to fix this annoying issue itl happen just randomly especially if im in a dgn or boss fight etc very annoying,i have tried-

re-installing,latest drivers,earlyer drivers,ram tests,and i tried other games to see if same problem is there and ff is only game it has this isue with the game is stunning but the error is driving me nuts i wana throw a brick at it:mad:

any help would be helpfull.
