Zodiac Braves <Ajora> are recruiting uncommon gamers

We are the Zodiac Braves.
We believe in the strength of the few over the force of the many.
We believe close friends wield a far greater power, and yield far greater fun, than a loose collection of hundreds, or even dozens.
We believe that the world we inhabit exists not solely to improve our gear scores, but to connect with fellow adventurers.
We believe courtesy, respect, kindness and generosity are rare traits indeed, and pride ourselves on becoming a font of such which will overflow into the community at large.
We believe that life outside of Eorzea should always come first.
We believe challenges requiring the aid of only 7 other brave souls is a gift from the Gods themselves.
We believe challenges should be met head on and worked through as a group, without a guide or a video telling us exactly how to overcome it.

Based on these beliefs, we are a very specific guild looking for some very specific players. We are 3 at the time of this writing. We will not grow beyond 13. We have no interest in 24 man content. We do, however, have designs to tackle every shred of 4 and 8 man content possible. We enjoy playing with others above all else. We encourage adventuring, gathering, crafting, and will not pressure you into doing anything you have no interest in. We refer to each other on a first name basis. We are always willing to help in any reasonable way we can, and we prefer you be as well. We want to be a part of something small in numbers, but massive in enjoyment. This means we must also be very selective in recruitment, and very strong in enforcement.

If you would rather work through challenges as a group and enjoy the learning process rather than follow a guide, and parrot the pre-defined steps to victory,
And if you wish to be a part of an incredible tight-knit group that transcends simply another warm body to fill a raid slot,
