Another Level 3 thread.

Recently I noticed that I've been having issues with the game, the typical lag that a lot of people complain about. Running MTR, noticed it was the infamous ae-11-11.car2.Montreal2.Level3.net hope that seems to be the root of the vast majority of issues people have. I previously did not go through this hop, (Don't know why it changed) but have been trying to get in contact with both Comcast (My provider) and Level 3 to get it fixed. Both are brushing me off and telling me to contact the other. I assume it's an overload issue at the node, as it predominately seems to happen during peak hours, resulting in 30%+ packetloss.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to go from here to get it resolved? I'm aware of things such as Battleping and WTFast, but I'm not paying extra money to play the game, I already splurge enough to pay the subscription as it is.
