Error 2002

Over past several weeks, have been noticing increasing lag and freezing. I've seen my FPS hop around from 200+ to 30's to 18, then back again on Maxed out settings. A couple of my friends have (in different parts of the country) noticed increased FPS/lag during this same period of time- some so bad the game is unplayable. During the worst lag (while in CT where I couldn't even see the boss or attacks at times), I dropped my settings to bare minimum, with no effect- forcing me just leave the group.

Resetting my computer helps sometimes, but others, not really.

This morning, after computer has been off all night, I tried to log in- but upon hitting the data server, I get an Error 2002. Managed to get IG once... only to get tossed within minutes from my Inn room with another Error 2002.

I have full bars on my DSL line, no issue surfing the net or other graphics issues (or notable lag on Char creation or while IG the time I got in).

Im the same error ,since 10/ march / 2014 i log in game , but when i press start to enter in server, apeears error 2002 , i only can enter in servers japonese , but in servers Na or EU i cant enter , and my chars is in server Na (behemonth), the problem is not my connection because i enter in servers jap .

I am having problems with this error since 3 days ago. I can connect to Elemental, Gaia and Mana data centres, but the rest kicks me out with 2002. My main data Centre is Chaos (Moogle).
