Strange Graphical Glitch

Sometimes, while playing my spells/spells cast around me will have a whiteish barrier around them, and it's sort of odd and distracting. Here's a screenshot:

Any ideas on what's causing it/how to fix it? :)

That's a problem with the alpha channel in the textures. Lots of people have this problem. I think it's actually a bug and not a technical issue :/
The white is supposed to be 100% transparent.

That's what I figured - the white areas seem like enlarged lighting on the actual spell/animation effects that they surround. At least I know it's not an issue entirely on my end. Thanks. :)
