Emote Chat Log Issues

For some reason my emotes no longer show up in the chat log. I haven't changed any settings (as far as I'm aware), 'standard' and 'custom' emotes are still allowed in my chat log filters... I don't understand why they've suddenly stopped appearing! :c

I'd like this fixed, so any suggestions are welcome. I'm a PS3 user btw, so PC fixes may not work depending on the suggestions.

Open up the emote list and make sure the 'show in chat log' checkbox is filled.

Also check your chat log filters. Other than those two, I've no idea what else could cause the problem.
