One reason why I stuck around

I think this is prolly the most exciting time for Eorzea. The world as we know it is about to change and we are here to see it happen.

I've read posts about ppl being upset that they will be in SP limbo between 1.18 and 1.20. But I am looking at it in a different approach. This is my sp relax time and my exploration go time. This is a time to sit back and watch the world take form. Take a break from the sp grind and enjoy yourself. Walk around town, say hi to a noob. Maybe finish those quests you never got around too.

As new content starts coming in there will be plenty to do and take part of which will be a welcome change to the monotony of doing the same leves. I'm looking forward to seeing the new content. Even if it's not the best content Ive ever seen, it will be something new and different and that is exciting!

Yes, I think it is going to be an epic time to be part of Eorzea. Watching the world take form with completely different concepts than the original. It will be an adventure itself!

I guess after shifting gears recently, after meeting the rank requirements for story or to engage a quest, I don't see the same urge to rank up. And I don't want to rank up my favorite adventuring classes so high that I can't use them to enjoy lower level content when it gets released.

I admit, a change in perception and not worrying about "Oh! I gotta do my 8 leves and 8 local leves before reset" to maximize SP is a big relief and I feel like I'm enjoying the game more.

Yeah I think they are getting something right this time (knock on wood lol)
