AFK Leeching Tanks in CT

This just happened now again and has been happening for weeks now. I haven't seen any patch notes adressing this issue, therefore I decided to post this thread.

I'm in CT (LotA) as DPS and in each run there is at least 1 or more tanks leeching on the raid. When I say leeching, I don't mean they are not doing their job properly or not dpsing. They are literally AFKing all instance.

The problem is, even though I/we kick them/him, they can rejoin immediately because there is no penalty for them and we can only kick when there is no combat/loot.

I believe that if you are kicked from a specific instance, you shouldn't be allowed to rejoin back to that instance even if there is noone else from role.

I say take a screen shot of them AFK and kick. If they return send in a report since AFKing hinders any player's enjoyment of the game and can get you suspended/banned. The reason there is no penalty is because sometimes people vanish for reasons beyond their control (such as DCing or sudden emergency) and the devs don't want to hinder them getting back into it. There's nothing you can do to prevent it, so just report it (trust me, I've seen it work countless times :) )
