Certain HUD items slide down on login

I saw that there was another thread about this in accepted bugs from awhile back, but seeing as this is very much still an issue I figured I'd post another thread about it



I'm on Ultros (though I sincerely doubt it's a server specific issue :V)
and almost every time I log in

there are rare occasions where it doesn't happen, though I haven't figured out *why* it happens at random

the duty helper, the enemy list, and the notifications.. button, all slide down a good 20-30 pixels and need to be manually reset to their previous positions.
