Any new uses for Rowena Tokens coming in 2.2 ?

Has there been any word or discussion regarding new uses for Rowena Tokens (the ones u get from completing the weekly repeatable quest "Primal Focus") ? Will there be new items you can get with these or perhaps some way to convert these into other currencies such as the new stones coming up? Would be nice if you could purchase Nightmare mount with these - say 9 tokens, as I think someone who can beat all 3 primals deserves mount as much as someone who can only beat Garuda-Ex and got lucky.
