What's the fastest way to level a character these days?

Disciples of war/magic : dungeons (if dps do FATEs while waiting dungeons or create a dungeon farm group)

Dungeons like they said, as an alternative for waiting in between for DPS you can do your levels Battle Levequests as well provided you have allowances. This can be more useful if there aren't people around doing fates, and the chests you find during them can drop aetherial armor and weapons you can use.

You could go farm karakuls and golden fleece and sell me all the damn drops. The RNG seems to absolutely hate me.

Dungeons. I went from 0 to 38 in just doing few runs during a week using roulette bonus. Also remember to get the xp scroll from your GC desk.

I didn't think you could do a leve while queued for a dungeon/roulette in DF?

Sadly, there is no scroll for DoW or DoM. I was furiously searching for it within the ranks in the GC and then my wife reminded me... ;_;

Yep you can. The only thing that sucks is every so often queue may pop while your doing a leve, but you can just retry it after the dungeon.
