[dev1031] Notorious Monster Wanted Boards

I would like to see some type of NM wanted posters or board system that allows players to go up to the poster or board and look at the current wanted NM's for that day or week and select one to hunt. Rather than using current NM's I believe it would be better to add in some new and special NM's for this is varying difficulty, some you may be able to take on as a duo, and others needing full groups.

To make things a little bit more exciting make these randomly spawn in certain areas each week, having some rarer than others thus making the difficulty and rewards higher for the rarer stronger ones. It would add some excitement to hunting them to see new and different ones each week and to one week see that extra special NM you have been waiting for because of it's drops etc.

One system for this would be to have the NM's in different Ranks of their strength so people can choose which they would rather hunt. Of course add in rewards and so on for the completion of this and possible to escalate upwards to other stronger NM's to hunt.

Perhaps add in these type of boards or mercenary buildings in the small villages not yet used to give players a reason to gather there as well as in the main cities.

I would like to see something similar. But please don't put it in the same location as leeves and task board lol
