Leveling a PUG after a GLD

And I have no quests? very little gear? How do I do this? ul'dah is finished story quest finished. apart from hunter log and leve quest..

Grand Company leves, Fates and dungeons.

If you have no one in your LS/FC(s) to help you level, enjoy your up to 3 hour queue times for some dungeons.

Go to Limsa or Grid and do the quest there.
Leve quest and hunting log.

3 hours? You do it wrong. 15 minute is average for the low level dungeons thanks duty roulette.

If you weren't legacy, chances are you've done pretty much every high end quest from all 3 regions and likely skipped through the initial low level 'tutorial' quests as all 3 regions converged into Coerthas and Mor Dohna eventually which someone more than likely blew through for their first class.

You're stuck grinding FATEs and Dungeons.

Yeah it's an exaggerated example since for DPS queues can be extremely long for some content. Some would say roulette but failed to mention how you only get the bonus once a day and you can end up getting primals like Garuda and Ifrit which offer extremely small exp. Sometimes even back to back to the point you were better off just regularly queuing for a dungeon.
