What the hell is happening with my account?!

3 hours ago I log out to watch the TV and when I turn back my account say "This is not your correct ID or Password, try again".

Yeah, the first idea "somebody stole your account". Nope, impossible for the next reassons:

-I have one time password and nobody touch my mobile phone, they can't enter into my account without it
-I don't have any new email to change one time password device or password
-My email have another password different of my Square Enix password
-I don't have any virus or keylogger, I did a check into my computer and it's clean (and I didn't download nothing suspect

The web tell me I am wrong with the one time password, but that is impossible... What is happening? The one time password server are broken? Somebody have the same trouble?

OMG only pass 3 hours... I can't believe it!!!

Nope it's everything perfect, I tried with many ways, copy paste passwords, writing slowly, with keypad, without keypad, etc... OMG I write these passwords a lot of times everyday (web+application) with any mistake, it's impossible that I wrote bad 20 seconds in a row today...

The only thing that can be is the one time password because mi ID and my pass are perfect :S

Someone with the same problem?

Can you log in to the mog station or the lodestone? It would help narrow down if this is a launcher or account issue.

Nothing, I only can log in Square Enix normal account (the only one which doesn't has one time password) Y.Y

I'm going to send a support mail to Square because this is a big problem!

Try to resync you're program on you're smartphone,open the program,hit back 1 time,hit the menu button,config,syncronisation

P.D. Do you know the worst? The support didn't know what happen... cool, eh?

Support would have checked first to make sure it was not a password problem ,then check up what part of you're login process is giving problem,then would have seen the one time password mismatch and then would have suggested that,syncing problem are rare so they must not get it that often

Even the tokens get a little out of synch sometimes. Using the same code again works if I try again real quick before the display auto shuts off. Seems like it likes to slip out of phase by like 10 seconds or something, but will be just fine the next day.
