Quest "Doubt Truth to Be a Liar" broken?

The quest is "Doubt Truth to Be a Liar". It crate 3 'red zones' where you have to obtain an item. the zones are between 'monument tower' and the entrance to Mor Dhona. The 1st, one, the closest to the tower, is where I got my first item. When I did, it made the 2nd zone, the 'middle' zone dissappear. The first one stayed there I went to the 3rd zone (the one closest to the entrance to Mor Dhona, and got the item. I could never find the one that was supposed to be in the second zone, and the 1st zone, which was still on the map, never showed me a 2nd item. I dropped the quest, and didn't try a 2nd time.

Do a search on the forum, others have reported that the items are there, but not in the marked zones... So you'd have to look around in a wider area...
