Can't get into game

I am having problems loading the game since 7/3/2014. Tonight 18:39 uk time, i am not able to get on.

When loading the launcher it telling me "Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]"

As i am a legency player and have played game over 3 years this is not acceptable. My husband has a separate account and is sitting playing his game at moment with no problems so i know it not a ISP problem.

When is this going to be sorted, sick of paying a fee every month when there is always problem.
