Trying to transfer servers

Hi. This is my first post sorry if its in the wrong area.

Anyway I'm trying to move from Marlboro. TO sargatanas but it's not listed in the world transfer list. All other worlds are. Idk what to do I'm going there to play with RL friends. Please help.

I moved from Phoenix to Sargatanas last month with no troubles with 3 characters.
