Problem Daily quest

Hey guys. I am new here and I need some help.
It is been said that I can start the daily beast tribe quest in gidania with Vorsaile Heuloix or with the npc Swift in Ul'dah but those quests ( Seeking Solace and Peace for Thanalan.) are not available for me. There is just no quest. I am beyond the required level, but my main quest is not totally done yet. Any tip to unlock that?
