Shield effect icon <can I have it> "dev1058"

This is a a simple one:
I want a timer on my shield(when its up) so I can better keep track of the timing of my actions.
Provoke, war drum, taunt ect. use massive stamina and I just want to be able to plan my moves out better. I know this thread will probably spawn all kinds of peeps being like you should count in your head like I do or something like that, but the fact is, is that having your shield up is an effect and should have a timer like the rest.

I know they are getting rid of stamina, that's not the point.

Even better, shield should be up all the time, or like a proc depending on size, like was in ffxi.
If not the case, the new gui is also showing recast for actions in a more clear way, so probably that's your answer

if the recast timer is equal to the shield wield rate then that would be proficient. They could however put a generic 10 second recast on it which would be counter productive.
