PS4 version payment types

I've been interested in getting A Realm Reborn for the PS4 ever since I played the beta. What I want to know is what getting the game is going to cost me. I know getting the game itself is around $79.99, and I'm aware of the current subscription payments, but are there going to be any new methods of paying for the subscription on PS4? Also, if different packages are going to be available for PS4 I'd like to know them too. Basically, I want to know all ways I can pay for the game.

The price for the game is $39.99. (I'm not sure if there is a CE for PS4.) You can get the in-game bonus items through the Mog station, which is the payment center.

The subscription rates and methods are the same regardless of platform you play on.
