Logged outside Ifrit's cave, can't log back in!

Hello! I was proceeding on my main story quest last night, finally reaching the point where I am now tasked with queuing in the duty finder to face down Ifrit. I was in the cave where the entrance to that instance is, but logged for the evening, intent on continuing this morning.

However, when I tried to login, the loading screen was very long, and then I was disconnected with a 90000 error. I can log into my alternate character fine. Does anyone have any advice?

Quickest way to get it fixed would be to call or to log into your alternate character, hit escape and submit a ticket via the Support Desk option.
