finally returning

so halfway throughout the first month of this games release, there was an accident and i was unable to play until today

Now, i upgraded to the limited edition version, and the items only appeared on my character from before, but i wanted to start out new

finally found a delivery moogle and those items arent in the mail, but they are on my old characters mail (presumably, i didnt go check but i did not have mail when i had to stop playing)

is it just a delay and those items will soon be delivered?

The mail should be on your new character as well.. I created a new char for the ps4 beta and all of my perks were in there after i created the account... Including the new ones I earned...

well i have received nothing on my new character, being almost an hour old

someone in game just told me i can only receive it on my first character made

well i did find i can change servers to what i initially wanted

sadly no free name change included :/

I have received bonus items on every single character I made (and I made a lot). You may want to contact the support.

Try logging out and then logging back in again - for some reason sometimes the messages with the bonus items aren't sent until you've logged out once. It's odd, but that's how it is I guess.
