There is another topic here asking the same so you are not alone. :) Sorry can't be much help other than that as I didn't enter.
I received the prize for All Saints Wake contest on January... you'll probably have to wait until after 2.2
With all the issue their serves are having recently I'm not too worried about it. Would rather they get the serves working the worry about giving out the necks atm.
