progression rules?
Forgive me if this isn't the right place to ask, but is there an official set of rules for progression? For instance, I've heard that in end-game content, you're only allowed one non-fc member or it does not count for your guild's progression. Where can i find this info?

If you keep it simple and non debatable then all members need to be in your FC.
When you have one or more non FC members helping out where do you draw the line?

It's just some rules people make up to either: 1. raise their e-peen 2. convinces new recruit that your FC has the resource to create a team that clears that content. 3. aim for world first so their FC name would be mentioned.

Rules for progression will be set by the individual guild.
My guild follows a simple run. We cannot consider it a Paradox clear if any of the members were from an outside source. Does not matter if it is 1/8 pugs, 2/8 pugs or 7/8 pugs it is all the same to us
Even if our guild did 90% of the work even if the pug was dead the whole time. It was still not a guild accomplishment.
So it is 100% or 0% credit in my guilds case. But no there is no set policy it will vary willy depending on who you ask.
