Was told to ask GM if they could help...

Hello,

A couple of days ago, whilst trying to accomplish acquiring as many Aetherial Nodes as possible (ie. all of them), I happened to notice that my history on the Lodestone site, seems to exclude the very first camp I went to. Therefore I've officially not been accredited with reaching the camp. The camp in question is Camp Bentbranch, a short run from Gridania. I certainly have been there before and have no problems teleporting there and also using it to teleport to the Humblehearth node. I don't know why it doesn't show it my achievements and it may seem a small issue, but as a completist, this has left me slightly unsatisfied.

I wrote about my issue to the Suqre Enix EU Technical Support team but received a rather general reply which left me feeling like they aren't a particularly helpful lot to contact in the future. Although I'm sure they're a good bunch. Below is my reply:-

Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.


We are very sorry you are encountering problems with this, but unfortunately, customer support genuinely have no way to solve this problem for you.
We recommend you contact the GMs, and discuss it with other players that might be able to help you.
We hope you find a solution soon.

Well that is the letter sent back to me. I'm not sure how talking to my fellow players might solve this problem, but after a quick discussion with the 7 LSs I'm a part of, it seems no one else has had this problem. So my hoping is that you guys and gals might be able to help :)

At first I thought you were going to say something regarding that, but if you've went through and it doesn't say "Camp Bentbranch," then I'm not sure what to tell you.

I think someone in the LS had the same problem. Karon Mephisto maybe O.o? He tends to have alot of problems >.<;;

I understand your desire to make sure that your history is complete, so I have made sure to pass along all of your information to the development team, and they will make sure to conduct a thorough investigation of this matter, based on your report.
