Can't Watch Ending Cutscene In The Book In The Inn

**SPOILERS**

I have finished the main story, or at least the Pretorium. The group i was with kept, saying to skipping the cutscenes since they can be quite long, so i did. Once we finished, i skipped the ending scenes as well, because well, i didn't see anything prior in the dungeon, so i figured id go back and watch them in my Inn.

I can watch all the scenes from the Pretorium fine, up to where Lahabral dies, but as far as the ending, and the credits and such, are not there. I know they are part of the quest the Ultimate Weapon, which has 4 cutscenes, for that quest, but im only able to view the first one. The rest are grayed out, and i can't move the slider any further then the 1st. I took screenshot's for example.

Also as a side note, the Castrum Meridianum is also grayed out. I finished that 2 days ago, and did the same thing, skipped the scenes while running the duengon, and went back to watch them in the inn. It worked fine then, but now those are gray as well.

Please don't say just watch a youtube video, i don't pay money to play this game to watch a blurry youtube video with sub par sound. Plus not seeing my character isnt the same, not my cup of tea.

I pay money to play this game, please Square, im looking at you, fix this problem for me, i invested alot of time into this game, and it would be unfair to not allow me to see the ending. Anyone who can help fix this is also warmly welcome, and highly thanked.

Square Enix, shame on you, i pay you to play this game, fix my problem, this isnt a beta or anything. Worst customer support ive ever seen. I try to call your support number, they tell me to post here to get it resolved. Nobody answers, this is terrible. Im going to push everyone away from this game i can who many has interest, as well as stop playing if you don't even respond. Unprofessional and lazy. This was also posted in the "Technical Support" section, and also no response, and the topic has been there for days now, with the post in THIS section hitting a few days now to. I took screen shot's for you, made it nice and neat, what more do you want???
