Digital pre-order for PS4 throught the PSN network?

I'm having problems attempting to digitally pre-order final fantasy 14 through the PSN network. Is this a technical error or is digitally purchasing the game through said network not, and will continue to not be, an option? The only information that I can find on the manner has to do with people upgrading their PS3 versions to the PS4 versions. This is not the case with me; I'm outright just trying to purchase a copy of the game through the PSN network (I've already put the funds into my PSN wallet in order to buy the game, and now I can't find the option).
