when i click to try to transfer my lvl 15 Character Milk Tanks from Goblin goblin server wont even show up as being an option to choose so i cant select the character for transfer.. ;/ what do I need to do to make it work?

Check the requirements for world transfer under the "World Transfer Terms of Service" on the world transfer page. For example, I checked your Lodestone page, and it looks like you're still in the FC "Bahamut's Tear" - you cannot be in a FC when you go to use the world transfer service.
