RP Linkshell?

Heya, a while ago, I moved from Balmung to Lich when all of my American friends stopped playing the game. I'm on my own now, and I've just joined a friendly little FC. The only thing I find lacking on this server is the role playing community (and community in general - nobody talks!). This is my first real P2P MMO, and I haven't role played in years; however, when I finally hit lv 50 sometime this century, I think it'd be cool to give RPing a try, if only for the added fun.

Are there any RP linkshells/communities already set up? I don't really want to leave my FC, and since there doesn't seem to be any real chatting/activity in the shout channels like there was in Balmung, I wondered if the role players are simply hiding away somewhere? :P

To my knowledge there isnt a RP linkshell on the server, but nothing stopping you making your own right? :3

OP - I've never seen a single RP-er on the Lich server. I'm not sure they exist here. :(

Ahhh, I'd love to start my own, but I wouldn't even know where to start with getting players together. Anyway, I'd be really nervous since I haven't RPed in so many years. ^_^;

I know Balmung was a big RP server when I was on it. I don't know where I read it, but I know that the reason I chose Lich was because it was supposed to be the "unofficial EU role play server." I guess it never took off. :/

If you wanna start your own; go for it!! I'd definitely be up for joining.

If you're on any/all of these sites, I'd suggest making your character(s) a blog(s). It's sooo much fun and doesn't require anyone else to be online and up for roleplay at the same time as you. :3

Thank for the invite, but I'm moving to Lich tomorrow as a lot of my real life friends are on there. And well, this is posted in the Lich section because people on Lich would like to RP on Lich, not move to RP.

It never occurred to me to start a RP blog... Seems really obvious now, haha! Actually, I might give it a try when I have some spare time. :D Thanks for the idea.

As for the LS, if enough people surface who want to join one, I'll think about making it. I'm not online as much as I'd like to be (because of work/college/husband time) which is my concern with starting one myself... But we'll see!

Tenko, get at me in game (Alexander Lochinvar) if you would like. I may have some people, including myself who would be interested in such a thing. =]
