Player Commendations for Dungeons

I think players from a party should be able to commend other players not in their own party after a dungeon instance.
To further clarify, I am usually part of a two-person team and try to do each dungeon at least once. That means I find two more member via Duty Finder. But unlike those two players I cannot commend them for playing well.
I understand that I should not be able to commend the other person in my two-person party as that would lead to abusive issues. But the other two players that joined via Duty Finder should know that I appreciated gaming with them and it does not seem fair to them.

Really I agree. This is stupid even more when you think you need to have 500 of them to get something thats worth it.
If you dont get one in each dungeon this is going nowhere fast.

I agree so much that I'm giving all of you a commendation.

+1 everyone should be able to leave them regardless if pre made party in full/partial or solo. It promotes good play and I'm all about that.

You have 3 players from premade and 1 random, those 3 can either all commend the random one, or not commend at all. If i appreciate someone's performance i would say so after the last boss, and i think it means much more than receiving an anonymous +1 to a useless number.
