whole of company transfer

I was just wondering whether the dev team have given any indication as to whether they are going to allow a guild leader to pay to transfer their whole FC to another server.
Now that the worlds are all free for all and the economies have matured, it would be great if SE would allow us to move our companies, obviously the fee would be large (considering the individual transfer cost) but would be worth it.
Points to consider in the cost would be whether you could transfer your guilds gil and chest, housing and furniture etc.
This could allow population issues to solved by the players before a need arises to do server merges.
Interested to know what other guild leaders and devs think.

While it's a great idea, it will never happen, unless of course the leader pay's $18 for each member in his FC.
