Can Miqo'tes commit suicide?

I saw this poor kitty and I felt very sad. I think she drowned in sorrow and despair. Is it ok for Miqos to commit suicide?

They just...really really hate water.

I did play a game where /killself or /suicide was a command... I can't remember which or which game...

That character looks like it's just a texture, melted into the ground...

SWTOR had /stuck. If you had aggro on anything it would insta-gib you and you would take no gear damage. Was a great way to get quests done quickly.
