Sorry if these have been answered but I had a few months break to see if things would change.
1. The world map... am I the only one who thinks its a joke still? Just gave Elder scrolls a quick 30min beta play and I found they have an actual world map thats easy to use right away and navigate throughout.
2. Phasing through zones still, this is an MMO why are we still hitting loading screens
3. I want to beable to fall off cliffs, climbs stupid walls, and swim. I want the world to be unrestricted like an MMO is.
4. bags and regents, there are too many, I start ripping my hair out trying to find something, end up farming/buying it only to find out later its buried somewhere on my retainer. Maybe just use the regents that they are carrying?
5. crafting, allow us to change gear from x class to the next from the crafting window. I hate closing windows to swap gear to open them again just to make some bloody wood :) simple click change gear swap back again on the same window
It can't be just me, still issues with this game

3. You can jump off cliffs, I do it all the time, just not ones around the edge of the map. As for swimming and climbing, you could try making a thread/petition about it. That's what users did to get jumping into the game...
