Having a time getting coil party going

Tried to get a coil party going for turn one last week, took an hour to get it set up and had at least two with shortcut to snake (so I didn't get to try ADS and get to see all the cutscenes for turn 1.) Was unsuccessful, but mainly the goal was to learn the fight.

Tried today (Friday) to get a party going, and it's now been four hours and I only have half a party.....and one has the shortcut to the snake so I won't get to do the ADS fight (again). Getting slightly annoyed with being unable to get a turn 1 party going.....why am I having this much of a problem?

Typically most people want to knock out there coil runs as soon as coils resets (Monday, Tuesday). Our free company was running into people not wanting to run in our group 2 on a Thursday because they felt it was too late in the week. We bumped both coils groups to Tuesday and so far everyone seems happy. If you continue to have issues I suggest joining a FC that has static coil group and has an opening for your job/class on the day you want to run. Best of luck to you.

Like Synner said, most ppl do it early in the week and they're already locked out.
2.2 Should resolve this issue, vets can help newer players in coil runs after 2.2 since the lockout will be removed

I saw you in pf announcing how you are new to coil and looking for people to teach you. A lot of people are beyond wanting to wipe over and over teaching a pug group who are new to coil. I respect you're honest with being new but it's going to deter people from wanting to join you. Why don't you form a static and create a LS for it so you can have group who are all at the same progression level as you?

Party finder on this server leaves a lot to be desired. You will get your wish in Patch 2.2. Enjoy doing Coil turns the hard way with a cookie cutter duty finder group.

You really are not missing anything with ADS. You get to gangbang them in Turn 2.
