Having camera issues on zoning.

Not sure if this is the right thread or not for this, but I guess it's technical.

Since today, everytime I log in, or zone, the camera moves right underneath my character. This has gotten to the point of getting highly annoying and no one knows what's up. I can't find anything that would lock a camera into a position upon zoning at all.

Is there anyway to fix this at all? I'd like the camera to be behind or slightly overhead of my character, not looking up from the ground.

I have the exactly the same issue today my camera is underneath my character facing the sky I have tried resetting all settings to default but nothing works, it is unplayable for me at this moment.
