Where is the latest update news?

Sorry, had to make this topic since so far I found none mentioning this...

Just now, I discovered that both Chimera & Hydra battles for relic reborn quest has been added in Duty Finder. And yet, I've tried to search lodestone and forum and so far didn't find anything that mention this.

Anyone can point out in case I missed this? Or there's really now update news at all?
