Time Played. How to find it?

Is there currently a way to find out how long one has played FFXIV:ARR?

I know the command has existed in other MMO's, and for the life of me I cannot find one in this game, perhaps it doesn't exist.

Does anyone know if this is something the Dev's plan to implement?

I don't think it's implemented in this game. If i remember correctly, i've read somewhere about japanese mmo's not having this feature because it could bring people to suicide... something like that :p

FFXI had this feature and to my knowledge no one killed themselves because of it. Though it's a big world so I could be wrong.

I remember checking my playtime in ffxi and I was really unhappy with what I discovered. I don't miss that feature.
