Steps:

Gear Sets
1.I log into the game.
2.Try to switch classes.
3.Pieces of armor are missing from gear set.
4.Replace missing pieces.
5.Try to re-register gear set.
6.Does not save.(The word "saving" does not appear)
7.Log out.
8.Problem repeats with each log into the game.

1.Log into the game
2.Try to change spelling, add or delete words, change icon.

I tried my best to follow the template as close as possible. This bug is completely player specific as it happens upon the conditions listed above. It has not a direct time frame other than it has been a problem since the 2.16 patch, but if I were to narrow it down further, every time a gear set or macro change should save, it does not. So, this is in essence both active and inactive at all times, only truly showing itself when a gear set or macro change is activated, trying to register or save the changes with the proper methods, logging out, and then logging in. Upon logging in, any previous changes to macros or gear sets have not saved and been nullified, thus either leaving you with missing pieces from that gear set that must be re-equipped, or in the case of macros, unchanged words or icons. Even though this is similar to the materia bug, it has not been the case here as my materia is still intact and melded, and macros cannot be melded with materia.
