Extreme Lag ONLY for Titan Extreme Mode

I use a personal tool to monitor my incoming and outgoing network, which has nothing to do with the game. If I run around the game, zoning, participating in dungeons .. I get a average of 40ms Ping on my network. When I play Coils of Bahamut, Garuda Extreme, Titan Hard Mode, anything really intense.. I average 40-50. Now when I attempt Titan Extreme i instantly got to 60-80ms Ping. I was playing recently and it spikes to almost 500ms where everything is still except me. For what ever reason, Titan Extreme mode is sending huge amounts of data that it is choking the life out of my network. I have yet to complete it since its release. This is not an issue for myself alone. A lot of people are experiencing this and it really needs to be address.
